Research Interest 
Various novel or unexpected phenomena would be induced, especially by an ultrashort or ultra-strong pulsed laser under extreme nonlinear conditions. A thorough understanding of the origins underlying these phenomena would be the basis for their potential and efficient applications. Based on the powerful numerical simulation platform, our research mainly focuses on the disclosure and clarification of strong-field-ionization related phenomena, coherent radiation generation, optimal design of plasmonics-based metamaterial-devices, and so on, especially with an important emphasis on the possible experimental proposals and their experimental verifications.
