Prof. Eckert is a world renowned scientist in material chemistry, material structure and solid state nuclear magnetic, resonance etc. Now he serves at executive chairman of chemistry department of The Muenster University. Director of Physical Chemistry Institute of Germany, etc.  Recently, Prof. Eckert visited SIOM and gave a lecture in title of the glass state-searching for the order. The vice Director of SIOM, Prof. Shao Jianda awarded a certification of guest professor of SIOM to Prof. Eckert.
