On Dec.3, 2008, Prof. Jianqiang Zhu, Director of SIOM issued a “Acknowledgement Certificate” to Prof. Hiro who is Kyoto University of Japan. Prof. Jianqiang Zhu showed his thanks for Prof. Hiro’s great contribution to the international cooperation project between SIOM and JST. This joint project has achieved many results; more than 50 papers have been published in Anew. Chem. Inter Edi; Phys, Rev. Lett; Appl. Phys. Lett. , and opt, lett .etc. A lab of Micro-structure optical function materials has been set up based on this project.
