Research Interest
Research field is focusing on the optomechanical system design, technology development, complex system analysis and test of laser facility and function unit, such as integrated optomechanical analysis and optimization, precision motion in the high-vacuum, ultra-clean environment, precision mount of large-aperture mirror and micro-vibration control, etc.
